While the General Election is a serious affair, there is also a more light-hearted side to the whole process, with several unexpected candidates.
This year Lord Buckethead and Mr Fishfinger made headlines for standing as independent candidates. Lord Buckethead stood in Theresa May’s constituency and even managed to secure 249 votes.
Meanwhile, Mr Fishfinger made an appearance in Tim Farron’s constituency.
